Wipers stay on

MY wipers stay on when I put them on delay, there is no delay action to them. Also when I use the wiper/washer when it is done washing the window my wipers continue to stay on. I can only turn them off by shutting the truck off...I'm really not sure what to look at.

Printed circuit on the wiper motor its self. I have changed out quite a few with your exact problem

Is that on the inside of the wiper motor? Better to change printed circuit or swap motors?

Yeah, right where the plug is. Hard part about swapping motors is you have to get the cowl off to get to the linkage

Think ill pull the printed circuit out and swap. do they sell these new?

Ford DID. Dont know if they still do
