will it fit/gauging interest

I have an NP205 from one of the CUCV's I stripped. This 205 has a PTO on it. It looks like the same bolt pattern as my ZF5, will it fit? How sought after are these units? If I sold it instead of used it, what could I expect to get from it?

I was under the impression that all PTO's were the same as far as being able to mount up Not sure though...

I haven't had time to do any searching, but how much is it realistically worth, and how much are you willing to give?

Not really sure what I would use it for on my 350. PTO winch, or something.... but I already have an electric.
