Why wont this pic upload properly?

I've tried, but this pic gets hammered by the VB software

And any time I try to add a pic to a post it comes up as a link????

Just click on the "Insert Image" button then paste the link then click ok... it will come up as

I added spaces between the brackets and img tags...

Um yeah, That's what I was doin.

It comes up as a link, NOT an IMG.

Also, I can't get the other image to upload. It's all screwy
