why is so hard

to put fule in my truck is a 91 f 350 take like 15 min to get 4 gal of fule. it spits out all over the place. is there a fix for this?? also i am looking out for 7.3 for back up. if you know of any let me know

The fill tube and vent sucks. Someone will post a link for the mod. I would but its a pita on my phone.

i have the same issue, there is info on this site that the wonderful people on here told me about, there is an issue with the breather line on the filler neck i beleave, search on here there is a thread with very good pics and tips

The vent hose has probably come off.

Remove the clamp that holds the hose to the filler neck under the quarter fender. Remove the line. You should see a hose within a hose. The inside hose needs to be pressed onto the inside of the filler neck. Then slide the outside hose back on and tighten the clamp.

It may be easier to remove the filler neck to do all of that.

I had to fix mine last weekend.

The tank vent mod is good if your having trouble fueling the front tank if you have dual tanks, I dont have an issuse when fueling the rear tank.
