I know many people on this forum have said a few negative things about the parts from places like Autozone especially Alluminum radiators. Being on a budget and not able to spend the big bucks for a Rodney Red I took a chance at ordering an alluminum radiator from Autozone here in GA. As it turns out it is a heavy duty tank with massive welds, and it's a 5 core. It's not as thick as the copper / brass OEM one so there's a slight gap in the shroud, however I've put it to the test in the mountains of Tenn and North GA with about 6500lbs behind me on the 90 plus days and no problems. When it did run up in temp (between the O and R in Normal) the fan kicked in as normal and went right back down. I forgot to mention it's a 14 or 16 fin per inch (can't remember, just know it's not the 10 or 12 fin per inch as many of you warned about) The unit was $325.
