Where in the hell is the PCV valve?

On a 93 Buick LeSabre 3800. I can't find the damn thing. Also any tips for getting the friggin fuel filter loose, I have tried special tools , needle nose pliers, you name it, my knuckles are bleeding, I feel like an idiot and I am pissed, HELP.

Standing in front of car looking at the engine. your left side or passengers side of car rear injector on back side between alt. and the injector is a valley in the intake pcv vavle is down in it.
