This isn't diesel-specific, but it is for my diesel, and lots of you folks seem to know my series truck-
My truck is a 1989 F350 7.3 DRW- 13,000 original miles, and it previously lived in heated garages.
It came to me with new Nokian Vativa winter tires on the front, and nearly new Michelin truck M+S tires on the back.
I'm noticing that the rear can really skate around when I hit powdery snow on top of ice (I've always driven pickups, so know how they behave, but this is to an extreme degree). So I am thinking of putting snows- maybe studded snows- on the rear, but definitely can't afford 4, and won't be carrying heavy loads in winter.
Can people give me suggestions of what non-offset wheels (or from what year and model trucks) will fit my bolt pattern/ hubs & the DRW's flat-base nuts? I seem to recall that a 99 Super Duty that I once owned had the flat-base nuts also, but don't know if wheels from the SuperDuty era trucks have the same dimensions or would fit.
Thanks
