4 inch lift both should fit... .315/75 are only like 32inch tires and would be fine as well. 35s you should be good, as they say a 3inch lift will clear them, and you have 4inches

315/75/16 is just about 35. 33's fit on my 4x4 f250 stock height. 35's fit no problem with a 4in lift.

Newer GM will fit too. Have hummer h2 wheels off a 2006 that bolt up to my truck.

hmm... guess every tire is different the math shows 315/75R16s to be 34.2 inches, just got a new set of discovery a couple months back, 315/75R16 that only measured 32.1 properly inflated. Of course my old 31/10.5r15s brand new measured 29.7 the day they went on the truck. My OLD 38.5 boggers on my Heep were 37.3 brand new.

I thought stock GM 8 lug wheels when they went IFS wont fit because the center hub is a smaller diameter?

And yes E-van wheels will work up to present as mentioned above, also the half tunner e-vans will work with the pre-97 half tunners as well.
