Nope.. Thats the small brass fitting thats sitting bottom side up.

Wow.. I overlooked the missing reasonable price tag... My focus was on the missing parts but this guy has several other kits like this with other high price tags..

lol that guy needs to take a trip to his local pick and pull. I got mine (WITH Schrader valve ) for $15.

Now I partially know why some PO put a Cummings fuel filter head in my truck, no schrader or any of those other fancy things this has, it just filters. Thanks for the tip Sam, pick n pull just moved up on my "to do" list.

the one with the hex on it? looks like the other part for the fuel drain valve that has the fiber washer beside it...
