i have 97 stroke black extended cab 6 foot bed manual wit 170k this is my first diesel and its a stocker

What would youre first modifications be ?

Stacks or Duals?

what programmer?

Intake? etc

I'm a firm believer in the more air you get in and out of that engine, the more power it makes because you can add more fuel.

Since it's a powerstroke, it's already turbo'd....so add more fuel with a tuner. I am a mechanical owner, I run a 7.3 IDI N/A so I know nothing of the brands or what each one does. But I do know that I seen one in particular used on an episode of TRUCKS, and MAN! It was INSANE what that otherwise factory truck would do!

You can do other cheap and free mods to these trucks with a little research and know how.
