what to do with my f250

hello all, i had bought a 94 f 250 a (RUST BUCKET) i had been working on fixing the truck and been looking for parts. well what all is wrong that i know of is dual mass shot, rusted bed and fenders and radiator support, and some brakets on the frame are rusted also, been replacing the brackets on the frame and looking for a donor truck i have found around a 1991 f 250 for parts, but i still need more parts.

i like to know how long can you let a diesel sit with out cranking it, why i ask is i have the front clip off the truck and i have been having health problems now. and they dont really know yet what is wrong but they are thinking what it might be there not for sure i need more test, but if it is what they think then it looks grim on my end. and i dont know if i will ever get the truck finished,

if anyone has any parts around the NC area that i might be able to buy at a reasonable price would be a great help. and i might be able to swap some parts if i get the parts truck also.

sorry to hear of your health. i've seen some that have left the truck set for years and just with a little work to it and it comes back to life? sure hope you get better quick so you can finish that truck!!!!!

as for how long can it sit, I pulled a junkyard motor that sat for 5yrs, fired it and have put 3000 miles on so far

Just try to keep it dry. Change the oil in it if you can before it sits for a long time. Our own Old Mister Bill is in really bad health streights like yourself, and has a lot of parts and trucks for sale. You might do a search on mister bill. God Bless, and get well. Welcome to the site.
