What to ask for these wheels and tires?

I've got a very nice set of wheels and tires. Since these won't work on my new dually, I'm planning on selling these locally, I'll offer them on here as well. What to ask? Wheels are in great shape, I could polish them to a nice shine without much effort - there's no pitting, scratches etc. There are 4 center caps, 2 with very light rust. The tires are Dunlop RV Radial Rover 265/75R16, 10 ply Load Range E, made in 2011, and have only a few hundred miles on them, great shape.

Any suggestions on starting price would be appreciated. I would like to sell together but will certainly split them as well.

that's a pretty deep offset. how did they sit when orig bolted up? do you have some pics installed on your truck?

Well I'm hoping they're worth more than $350 or $400. I guess I'll just have to see.

They are 1/2" offset toward the outside. Any idea what factory is? They're 9" wide rims. I don't have any good pictures showing how the look. I don't recall them looking significantly different than the wheels and tires (same size) on my 94.

here's a OEM alcola. notice how much flatter it is? it's also 8" wide.

I suspect they're Eagle one's. looks real close to the set I have on my 'burb.
