what problems might i incounter

my brother just bought an 03 dodge 5.9 cummins HPCR with the 6 speed 140k and i was wondering what problems might he face in the future

he has an intake
and the edge juice with attidude also if any body has the instructions on how to use this thing would be greatly apperciated
really i just want to know what problems might i face in the future since im a diesel mechanic

he needs a Fass or Airdog lift pump...the oem is junk still and the CP3 needs the fuel

change the oil every 50k on the 6 sppeed to help the syncros
