what flywheel

Im fixin to have to tear into the truck to adress what let go as stated in a different post "slave cylinder master cylinder now what" I was wondering before i tear into it does the nv 4500 have a dual mass flywheel and is this possibly where the issue is thanks

nope... she's single....

The dual Mass didn't come out until the G56 trans in I think it was the 2005 model year.
