I like the 4.10s. My truck is fairly heavy with all the tools and stuff in the reading body (7500 last time I went to the dump) and the old girl still has some get up in her. I get around 15 mpg, and I use the full travel of the throttle if you know what I mean. 4.10s as mentioned are going to be easier on your drivetrain, especially your clutch. I think Calvin has an F-SUPERDUTY with 400k miles on it and the original clutch (with 5.13 gears). And there is no road that I know of where you need to go over 80 mph. I think its silly that the car manufacturers use the scale of 0-140 or 0-120 on the speedometers. I also hate how they only mark the speed in 20mph increments. But thats neither here nor there
