Not really.... My propane injection rocks but I still run out on the EGTs going up a long hill or getting on the interstate. I want to run both, can it be done? I was thinking about building the "splash" and using both at the same time for those times when I need the extra EGT.

Anybody done it? Any ideas? Am I crazy? cookoo

Is your pump turned up? Water injection will help with EGTs on hills and what not. The key is just having a very fine mist into the intake tract of the engine.

I don't see why it couldn't be done.

84,

Are you drawing the air for your engine from a location that has heated air that has been through the radiator? When I got my turbo kit from Hypermax they told me their cool air intake system would reduce EGT by 300 degrees by providing combustion air that has not been heated. I bought it and am very happy with it.

Yeah, I've got one of those too. You cut a hole in the firewall/windshield area for a cowl induction intake. Works really well.
