Vortec 350 Power adders?

Hey fellas, My daily driver is a 1996 Chevy C3500, Extended Cab Dually. (Yes, it's the one in my Avatar). It has the Vortec 5.7L 350 CID Gas engine, 4L80E tranny, and 4.10 posi rear end. I'm wanting to squeeze every possible ounce of power out of that engine. What do you guys recommend for Headers, Cold Air Intake, Power Programmers, and whatever else might help this engine? It already has a true dual exhaust system, exhaling through a pair of Summit GlassPack mufflers that dump in front of the rear axle, under the truck.

I've also looked into the Supercharging aspect of it, but it's way out of my price range right now. I honestly think I can get all I want out of it by doing the simple stuff first. However, the possibility of a Superstuffer in time to come isn't completely out of the picture.
