My guess is some kind of lag. It used to happen all the time. I’ve not seen it in a while. I cleaned up a few of them…

Im very excited and happy to say this problem had nothing to do with the fuel system. I got bored and decided to tear into the valve covers to check my valve train and turns out I had a couple of loose rocker arms luckily no major damage was found, I tightened everything up and it runs great again. Thank you to everyone who tried to help me I appreciate all of you!
