vacuum ?

on the vacuum tree (89 f250 w/c6) there is:
feed line, brake line, cruisecontrol line, trans line, resevoir line.... but whats the really small line that hooks into what looks like a fine wire?

I hope I understood the question, for Me those lines are the ones that move the air controls floor/vent/defrost. Pass side on engine compartment, that is where the connect (activate) to a little arm.

You probably mean the small hard plastic lines. Those are for the vacuum operated heater doors. They have small lines because they don't need a lot of flow, and they don't need to move fast.
