Vacuum dump valve arm

Not sure why it just clicked but when I did my hydro swap I ripped off a plastic piece from the brake and I am now realizing that’s probably why my cruise stopped working

If someone could please send a picture of what it should look like that would be great I bet I could make it very easily

I’ve sold all my parts trucks and other bull so no references on sight no more
