There is no down time with the green machine that is for sure , 1/2 of my V belt was riding on the clutch fan pulley so i went and bought the tensioner pulley assembly and new belt made by Dyco . Installed every thing and now the belt doing the same thing slowly sliding out of the tensioner pulley and making clinking noise which wasn't present before .. The only noise i had previously was low squeaky belt every now and then.

The rest of the pulleys looks pretty straight and lined up with no bents . I could order the OEM if this brand which locally made is no good , What else i need to check

It's the serpentine belt ..One belt .

The belt was 1/2 slipped of the pulley tensioner and that off course caused it to slip down the line and 1/2 of the belt was on the fan clutch pulley and the other half out ..

My tensioner is the one with open spring .When i installed the new one and ran the truck i noticed the new set up started to behave up-normally and noticed that the tensioner pulley in it's early stages of pushing the belt out SO i took every thing back out , This is the new belt in these pic's

Am not sure if this is a clear pic but an idea of the line up as nothing jumped at me to be mis aligned

thats a different tensioner than i have.
mine has the spring fully enclosed.
i saw that one at vato zone, and said no thank you

the belt goes inbetween the crank and water pump pulley and wraps around the idler and tensioner, right?

What about the water pump .. the clutch fan always engage and running , Truck runs cool and correct temp , Pulley looks ok and spin free , unless there is another way to check it .

with a straight edge, aginst the WP and crank, and crank to the PS
make sure they touch both sides of the pulleys.
maybe the shaft in the water pump bearings slid out.
only thing i can think of, unless everything is loose as hell

Placed straight edge, aginst the WP and crank, and crank to the PS and every thing is lined up 100% ON .I even used the one eye open and one eye closed trick :D
