Will have to change it tomorrow, will see how it goes, and will definitely always keep a spare. If it is CPS, that would be awesome, just cause it cold always be a lot worse , cost a lot more and be something I cant do myself

You might want to take a look at the IDM. OBS trucks are notorious for water leakage..

If you see water stains good chance you have found your problem.

You can pull the IDM and shake it to listen for water.
I'm just not quite feeling that's the problem.
If the tach still isn't moving, need to check all fuses and the wiring harness. Where it passes over the valve cover is a common chaff point.

Check your fuses. It might be fuse #22 , it would be a 30 amp fuse. The heater in the fuel filter canister will blow that fuse if it shorts out, it will crank but not start, that fuse powers the PCM and other things. If the fuse is blown, replace it, then unplug the heater. New updated heaters are available from IH dealer, IIRC $26. Easy to change.

I had to have it taken to a mechanic, while I could have checked fuses, I am also dealing with a hand I cut the mess out of a couple weeks ago, so only so much I can do right now. I appreciate all the suggestions and I hope it is something easy (and cheap)

So , oil in hpop but can't get pressure high enough to start. Low pressure is fine.

IPR. At least pull it and replace the orings. But I would bet it's a goner.
Also should take a look at the injector orings while cranking.
