79Jasper yes the passenger side is flipped to clear the starter.

I believe the radiator and reservoir hold almost 5 gallons of coolant.

If I monitored EGTs and ran stock boost levels I don't see myself having issues.

Would it be a bad idea to buy reman turbo injectors from one of the reputable sellers on here, and run the stock pump?

I found a complete ats turbo kit for cheap. I would just need to make the up pipes and downpipe and if I can just buy the turbo injectors I'd have less than 1k into the whole thing.

Maybe I could also install an oil cooler at the same time.

No need to change the injectors unless yours are already worn out. The injectors on mechanical injection pump rig like this are essentially just nozzles - they have little impact on the overall fuel flow, so there's no need to change them. Unit metering systems like the PSD the injectors have a large impact in fuel flow, hence why changing them gives more power. On these it's like changing the nozzle on a garden hose when the faucet is only halfway on - makes little difference.

If I plan on getting a rebuilt set of injectors already there is no benifit to getting better/larger injectors? Will the NA injectors support 8 lbs boost?

Far as injectors, they're "mostly" all the same. (Of course only from a reputable shop)
Isn't really like a cummins where you can get xxxhp injectors.

My stock fuel system pushes 12lb of boost on hard pulls with a hypermax kit. When I had the pump rebuilt I told them turn the fuel up but it can be done on your own easy enough. I am also running used bb injectors that I pop tested myself.

Don't make it too ******* yourself.

And your engine already has a sufficient oil cooler. Is the log/tube looking thing on the drivers side under the manifold, your oil filter is attached to the back of it

If you can fab, and it sounds like you can, I have an early banks mount and rebuilt turbo that would be an excellent starting point, very little of any F series kit will be useable.
Dont fret about the fuel system, it will support more boost than you will make.
