turbo 6.2 into chevy K2500

i can get a complete low milage 6.2 and all the 6.5 turbo components for $600 how hard would it be to convert my 5.7 gasser to this 6.2?

there may to injector angle issues with the 6.2 vs. the 6.5 due to year and application but all the replacement heads are Gseries and hummer. So, it's actually a little easier if the heads have ever been replaced.
oh yea, you are going to need a low stall converter for the diesel.
