So today i was driving along and i blew a belt. Anyways no biggy kept ondriving it to the shop where i last got work done on her. I opened the hood yup belt was gone and buddy that was with me says i dont think thats supposed to be like that i look and went oh **** my belt tensinor was bent so i grab my tools and go to tighten it well its not getting better the bolt is broken inside the block. So in early sept i had a squeak from under the hood so the shop removed and inspectted the puullys and replaced the idler it was the sqweak but in that time the had the tensioner off to inspect and it was supposed to be ok so reassembled all and in the last two months ive put on 8603kms and this so now its back at the shop getting fixed at their penny. Still not impressed though good thing i have a friend that works there and can pull some stringss and hook me up and i know so many people their i get treated pretty good. And then on tuesday ill have to track down a new vacum pump as well as mine only reaches a max of 10 or so hg instead of the usual 15 - 20. But with ten i tap the brakes and its down to zero..... Whys everything happen all at once, at least its all close to home and easy to fix and no hook bills. This is the worst yet, knock on woood. Just thought id share my days excitment

I will NEVER let a Canadian Tire touch ANY of my vehicles EVER again. I have a few bad expirences with the Clayton Park CT in Halifax...crappy work done, and wouldn't go good for the parts. However, every tool I own came from CT, as well as most of my parts (except the engine parts, they come from East Coast International)
