Trans Codes?

Anybody know what 27 & 63 are?

Just put a 93 turbo motor into an 89. The tach wasn't working at first (power issue) but the trans light wasn't working. Got the tach working and now the trans light is flashing with the above 2 codes.

27 Vehicle Speed Sensor problem
63 Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) signal too low

Does the truck shift funny? The VSS issue may be something as simple as removing it from the housing, wiping it off and reinstalling.

Thank you for the codes.

The truck hasn't been over 5mph yet, just driven in and out of the shop.
The exhaust isn't hooked up, trans cooler lines need to be moved.
