Trailer running lights not working??

I pinched a marker light wire on my car trailer and now I have no marker power at the plug, I replaced the relay and pulled the plug and harness and checked for continuity and its not there, is there a secret fuse or a fusable link that I dont know about?

Over the past year I've had my left and right turning and power lines fail on my hitch in rapid succession. I just ran new wires and spliced from the back lights.

Shame on me for not checking those fuses under the hood, thats what it was. In my defense the only fuse I knew was for the trailer lights was IIRC the #4 fuse in the cab and it was good.
