i was checking it to see what seting it was at and it was 1.99 volts so i tried to adjust it and the lost i could get it was 1.10 volts. is the tps bad?

This 1.1V with the truck all warmed up, right? That's fine, Ford's TSB actually recommends 1.2V, so you're well in the clear. How high does she get when in WOT? Also do you notice any spikes or drops in voltage readings as you slowly move the pump lever from idle to WOT and back?

at wot it is at 3.88 volts. it doesnt shift when im going 50 and hammer down on it.

3.88 is okay too, a bit on the low side but still within parameters IIRC. And it should downshift... does the OD light flash on the dash?

The settings you posted are ok.. The factory numbers are .96 to 1.2 volts at idle warmed up settings... Key on but engine off. These tps switches should be replaced every 50,000 miles. Do you know how many miles are on yours. they are a simple potenciometer type switch with a metal pointer rubbing across a coil... they don't last forever and when they die all kinds of issues come up...

its the stock one it has 98000 miles on it. so i think ill hit azone this week
