There is a guy on here who has been doing this for members. He had an incident I believe where someone broke it then tried to cover it up. I am not sure if he is still doing the program, but I am sure he will chime in soon if he is.
Too bad you are in Ont, cause I think there is a guy in Alberta with a timer as well.

I might be able to help you out; where in GTA are you? Do you have your own standard timing light (not adjustable)? you can use a standard light (with the Ferret) and just index from the timing mark.
