Easy. If you have the lift pump fed from a jerry can and the problem is still there, use clear line at the filter head. I would be willing to bet it is coming from the line to the back of the IP that was tightened PRIOR to timing, thus pulling it too tight and causing it to suck air...Ask me how I figured that one out later.

Have never timed it, and I ran that one new as well. But I will try the jerry can idea.

If the jerry can works, you have a backseat right, and a rather long bed to be filled with 5 gal buckets? as your driving just have the kids in the backseat switching the line from can to can as they get empty. :rotflmao
