steering linkages question

Are the linkages any different between reg/ext cab trucks and crew-cab trucks? I'm looking at PartsAmerica and they list some tierods for front axles under 4200 lbs and different ones for axles over 4200 lbs, crew-cabs and cab-chassis seem to fit in the second category. Pricing don't seem to be much different, if I get the 4200-up outer tierods will they bolt up to my inners and knuckles? I just did ball joints all around, and I wanna do the tie rods too, they ain't bad yet but I'm hauling to Broklyn, NY next weekend and I'd like to beef up the front end a bit beforehand. Thanks!

I also need to replace my steering components and can't seem to nail down exactly what the correct parts are. LMC catalog only goes up an f 250 but it does show different parts depending on GVW
