I'm not an expert but some here feel that I am when it comes to timing meters. I have never seen one of these. I can't say for sure if its all there or if it works but... At least the instruction manual is with it. If you buy it and its not as described then you can send it back. You will end up paying for the return shipping but apply some pressure on the seller about poor feedback. That may cause them to pay for the return shipping.. At this time I feel you are taking a chance thats its all there. Google it for replacement parts... See if anything is available...

You can get on my list of members that want to rent one of my meters. The meter comes with all the tools needed to time our engines andI'm just a phone away if needed. Flat rate shipping anywhere is $11.00...... Unit rental is $50.00... You can't beat that offer with a stick....
