Turn up Ken's turbo cal pump? Why in Gods good name would you want to. In my case, the stock 6.9 pump flows 80cc or so. Ken's flows 120CC. That's almost double. I'm not sure, but since he glyptol's the screws, I suspect you'd have to ask him first, unless you want to void your warranty.

Everyone, normally when you speak with anyone here on the phone we'll go over with you exactly what you want to be doing with your truck and we try to dial the pump in accordingly. As with any performance part, there is still a little bit of tweaking that can be done even after we get done with the pumps (max fuel adjustment, fuel ramp-up adjustment, etc.). We have had a few customers who wanted to do some tweaking of their own after they got the pump on the truck, so we went through what could be done, and more importantly how far you you can go with it. Example - With the turbo cal and stage 2 pumps you have to be very careful not to bottom the max fuel screw out, or there is a discinct possibility that when you go full fuel with the pump you could seize it instantly.
Normally we don't have a problem with people tweaking the pumps a little bit, but you HAVE to call us and let us know what you're doing. We keep records of who does what and modifies what after the pump leaves the shop. Otherwise, if we get a pump in for warranty work and the paint is missing it won't be warranted. Not trying to be mean, just being fair. It's the only way we can keep ahead of the game.
And yes, we are now getting just as much fuel out of the 6.9l pumps as we are getting out of the 7.3l pumps, regardless of year. You can feel free to send in any pump for work, and disregard the extra charge noted on the website.

If I remember correctly there were other factors involved here, like high boost and propane which in turn lifted the heads on beretzs' engine.

Pafixit is on his way over now & we are going to install the stuff today (6-10), so hopefully things will go well & I'll be able to core the stuff this week. Mel, sorry you couldn't make it. It was a last minute thing though. Extra & knowledgable hands are always a good thing when I do anything to this truck
