So I'm Speedo has been off on my 1990 f250 4x4 I'm looking for the gears to change it. Where do you get thoses at? Looked every where and I can't seem to find any.

Most trucks aren't supposed to have a speedo. LOL

Anyway, I bought several gears from a local performance shop and I forgot where he got them but they were from ford and only a few dollars a piece.

i really cant remember. i think there are some calculators on line i used. the smaller gear will make the speedometer read faster and the larger gear will make it slower. i just kept experimenting till i got as close to the correct speed i could.
