Has anyone else had a problem with their controller turning off and on while driving? The last couple of days, my wts light will come on for about 5 seconds while driving or sitting at stop lights.
I can watch the battery gauge and it dips down when the light comes on, so I know its energizing the plugs.

Does this sound like a controller problem? I'm not super familliar with how the control works in the first place.

Mine was doing that. I had a loose ground. If it has a loose connection, it will think the key keeps being turned off and on.

So the controller works by grounding, or does it get a power signal from the key to turn it on? I checked all the grounds, they are fine.
Is there anything else thats on the circuit with the controller?

Check the connection on the key switch, should be a red wire.

That ground wire in the picture above has been known to have problems, and it's hard to see if it's good way behind the controller on the back of the engine. That is the ground for the controller brain.

Mine did that. I found a loose wire at the controller.

My controller is up front next to the injection pump, guess it was moved there when the turbo was added. I'll take a look again for a loose ground.

So is it possible that my hot wire to the controller is losing power momentarily, then when it gets power again the controller does a cycle?

Yes. That is absolutely possible. It is either losing connection on the hot Side of the trigger wire,(red one in the picture) or losing ground on the other side of that relay trigger. I would clean all the connection well and see if that fixes it.

I'll try to get to it this weekend. I looked out the window this morning to the backyard and realized the pool turned green! Wife also has a large honeydoo list for me, sprinklers etc!
