Hey guys. ! I have been fighting the rear seat latch that allows the lower part to swing upside down. The latch release fell in to the seat so I could not pull it. I had to unbolt the back seat to get b it unlatched. Now I'm trying to figure out how the heck it works. I know , should be simple but something is wrong. It just won't work correctly if I reinstall it. Does anyone happen to have any pictures that might help ???

Does the latch release run forward or behind the metal bracket ? It's hard to explain... I honestly can't so I really just need pictures lol.

Thanks,

-Dallas

Is it like the bench seats in a Single Cab, when you lift up on the latch the portion that supports your back moves forward so you can get behind the seat, or is this something different?

I'll take some pictures today. I know my original post didn't have much information. I needed my back seat and didn't have time to take pictures and could not figure out how to explain it. I bolted the seat back together temporarily so I could use it even though it wasn't latching. I don't think it makes any difference safety wise.

I'll snap some pics :)

Thanks

The hook part of the latch (bolted to the floor) faces the back of the truck. When you pull the strap that part (in the seat) moves toward the back of the truck to unhook.
