Sure can. First off the non turbo rod numbers are 28mm pin size and the part number is 1805615C1. The turbo rod has a 33mm pin size and the part number is 1816619C1. The psd rod is part number 1812003C1 is exactually the same 33mm pin and the rod size is the same so they fit but.... Here is the kicker. The bottom end is 1.128 wide and all the 6.9, 7.3 non and the 7.3 turbo rods are 1.097 wide. Can you grind the psd rod??? I don't think it will have enough meat left at the big end bolting area but Ken would know...:D

thanks.Dang.I found a full set of IDI rods on Ebay and when I did a websearch I found a site that had the rod numbers switched.Got my hopes up.I thought the pictures showed N/A rods but wanted to make sure.Especially at $50 current high bid for rods that have been sized and ready to go_Oh,as for the rods.....Ken told me the Turbo IDI rods are stronger than the PSD rods anyway.More meat in the area where the PSD rods break.
