There should not be pressure at the return line to the tank. I'm not sure what the second part of your question is, try to reword it.

Something is not right with that. Wmo needs a hotter burn to lessen coking. Maybe you aren't firing on all cylinders? May wanna check your thermostat also.

That's kind of a loaded question. Ambient temp, towing, hilly terrain, speed, all those things effect engine temp. The normal running temp is from 180 to 195 with the OEM t'stat.
