Take the ones you have to a machine shop and get them milled flat.
Hmmm. That's an idea. Not sure they are thick enough though. They are hollow inside. I have the technology to do that though.

Is it a really stupid idea to put a wedge in them? I know broncos used to do that.

I have a 4 inch lift, so I have the stock f250 blocks and a 4 inch block on them. I get some axle wrap, so I am thinking about making my own 4 inch lift block, but it will have a bar running forward with a rubber bumper, much like the old traction bars. I am hoping this will stop some of the wrap.

Have you considered changing to one piece drive shaft and eliminating that center support bearing? I explored this last fall..... Make sure you're in a seated position when reading quotes for drive shafts!

I made my own... just some rectangular tube and flat plate... easy peasy. Details in my D60 swap link in my signature.
