Re-torquing Head-Bolts

I'm a happy new owner of a 94 dodge dually 4x4, my latest mods were; 4in exhaust, 3gsk, fuel stop plate foward, and its stock otherwise, I'm hoping to get gauges soon. My question is how would I go about re-torqueing the head-bolts, I don't plan on replacing them, but would like to know how to re-torque them should they have come lose.

they shouldnt have come loose...i've seen cummins engines hit 1 million miles and never have had the head bolts touched. you can run 60 psi of boost with head bolts for years without problems...i'd leave it alone. if it aint broke...dont fix it.

With the fuel plate slid forward, I'd do
the gauges sooner than later.
And take care of the KDP as well.
Enjoy your new truck, and don't worry
too much about the headbolts. If you
really start pouring the fuel to it, you can
address the gasket and stud issues later.

Thanks for the response, so I think I'll leave the head bolts alone, I just thought I'd ask as I did the valve clearance a week ago I found the number 5 and 6 valve covers lose with oil leaking down the back of the engine. But even after I tightened it there was still oil dripping from between the bell housing and the manual tranny, though the tranny is full. I thought it might be the oil pan seal, or rear main seal, that was until I found a layer of oil on the newly replaced starter bolt flange, that is were I got the idea to tighten the head bots, I'll replace the valve cover seals, otherwise I don't know where the oil is leaking from. And the recalls haven't been fixed on this truck I found.
