I'm about to try removing my glowplugs and twist in 8 new Beru's. I'm going to follow the procedure to put each cylinder at TDC first, though, in case anything breaks off. I'm just wanting to make sure, which cylinder is #1? I would assume that it goes like this:
front bumper of truck
1........2
3........4
5........6
7........8
Meaning the front drivers side cylinder is #1, front pass cylinder is #2, and so on, right? I was also messing around yesterday, trying to rotate the engine, and man its gonna be tough. Do you all just put a breaker bar on the crank and pull? I didn't have a full size breaker bar but it seemed like it would take an awful lot to turn that thing past the compression strokes.
