Proper clutch diagnosis?

Other than that, it should be straight forward. I like to barely install the slave cylinder (not fully) onto the mounting tabs. Then you can work the pushrod in the small amount that it will have to move to go into the clutch fork. I feel that if you fully install the slave and then try to work the pushrod into place, this puts the pushrod in too much of a bind. I think you could damage the seal in the slave or maybe even break part of the slave itself.
