You will need an injection return line kit with new olives and copper crush washers as well......if that hasn't been mentioned yet. You will also need brass brushes and acetone to clean gasket surfaces. Make sure you got a good torque wrench

That head set that you linked to from rock auto included all the injector o-rings and copper washers.

no. i ended buying a whole new Delphi kit from amazon that came with the o-rings, coppers, caps, clamps, and enough line to do the entire thing.

why do you need new plastic caps for the injectors?

The heat/cold cycles will mold them onto each injector. So even if you were to put new o-rings on the injectors, it may still leak if you use the old plastic return caps.

since i have the factory turbo my x-over return line goes in front of the intake. well all these kits don't come with the right plastic cap for this set-up so i had to re-use the old ones. the old ones for the x-over line are the original factory caps. still have the grey paint on them. they are holding good as well. i think prep work is more important than anything when it comes to these return lines.

I have never replaced a plastic cap, I see no reason to unless they are cracked.
