Anyone else got some last minute pre rally jitters to shake out? I think I have mine down. Took my truck in for inspection and had to do an unplanned brake job. New rotors and pads, while I was in I found a wheel bearing that I didn't like. Not bad but it had some chips out of one of the rollers. All fixed up and waiting at the station for a sticker now.

Mine revolves around camper tires. ALWAYS CAMPER TIRES!!!!

New wheels and new Michelin XPS RIBS on the camper. New Michelin LTX's on the truck. Just want an uneventful trip to and from. That's what makes my blood pressure rise when hauling the camper... not the truck, the dang camper tires.

Tyres what are they? LOL

Heath with what you went through I almost can't believe you do not have a tire pressure monitoring system.

You really should be fine with your new TIRES (American spelling LOL).

LTX's were on sale. XPS RIBS weren't. LOL Couple grand in tires. But, I had close to 4K worth of damages to the camper from the trip home from last years rally. So, pay now or pay later kind of thing.

Yup. I believe it was a option for the '16 model pickups also.
You can get aftermarket units that seem to work really well.

Tomorrow I will be doing a complete look over for anything loose since it has 700 miles on it since being built. Then pop valve covers off to take a peak on a sound I do not approve of. Hoping it's just a crappy rocker since that's an easy swap and I got spares.

Jitters are gone. After a complete look over, found no loose bolts. Also tracked town the sound I was hearing to a set of rockers. Tossed on another set and it's gone.

two things popped up. E-brake wont release with the lever, I have to crawl under the dash and mess with it to get it to release. And my ip started leaking, no idea from where. Not a huge leak, but leaking. I'm going to ignore both items and deal with them after I get back. :sly
