"Power" Steering question. Anyone had this problem?

My powersteering only works when turning the wheels to the left. Anyone had this happen? The pump is working, no leaks anywhere. Flushed and filled fluid and that didn't fix it. Could it be the steering box itself? I've got all new tie rods for it waiting to be installed but trying to get some input on whether my box is shot as well.....................

Oh and the truck in question is my 93 250 4x4

If you disconnect the steering linkage, and with the front wheels off the ground you can turn them left and right by hand easily, I would say it is the box.

Don't hold me too it, but it sounds like the little pressure valve in the side of the pump is going out , it is in the fitting that the high pressure line goes in to, change it out and let me know. however it could be the steering box aswell
