Believe it's from a ISC. As far as plans, kicking around the idea of hanging it on my truck. The GM guys are spinning them although I believe many of them are 40/35 hybrids. So I wonder why we can't do the same with the right fuel.

Needs a small exhaust housing like a 9cm or 12cm I would go 9cm an it will flow more up top an lower egt's unlike a Hx-35 with a 9cm housing run a lil higher egt's but both are a big improvement from what's there.
All the Cummins guys are saying a 14cm is all but non-existent let alone anything smaller 
? I understand the 35 casting can be hogged out to fit and I guess would be a option but I did find a housing listed on a tuner site for the 40 and it has a t3 flange/ 3" out let that may be another option. I can't remember offhand what size the current housing is, think he said it was a 16 or 18cm.

Rub inside the exhaust port with your finger it's stamped in there. 16-18 is kinda high I think.
I've seen some 14cm2 thrown around on the 6.5 threads as well. Seems like they have more useful info over the dodge guys. Still not seeing any good links for finding a smaller housing. If you got any or any good tech write up's do share please.

I can put you in touch with my turbo guy he might have one. Probley need to find one burnt up or in need rebuild an grab it an pull housing.

I will be running a HX40w with a 16cm2 housing in my Motor Home. I want the unit to run on the top end as I will be running a Alison AT545. I know it might be a bit slow to spool but I would rather have that than High EGT's running flat out up a mountain pass.
Thanks Devon. Was a little busy, totally spaced having our parts department look up part numbers to see what I can get through work.
I did find the stamping, it's a 18cm housing. 8/12 count wheels.

We should put that on my DT466 and save you all the hassle of trying to make it fit.
Not after I found that the pedestal and up pipe flanges are the same...
