What lift pump are you running? Pressure at idle can be irrelevant if you don’t have enough flow under load. Have you checked pressure while driving?

I answered your PM about timing. If it wasn't so damn cold yet, I'd come over and help troubleshoot it with you.
If you removed the IP with the gear on it, it could be way out of time.
What do you mean by "I aligned the gears when I re installed it" ?
If you turned the engine over while the IP was off, then installed the IP, you could be 180 degrees off. The engine will run, but no Power. You can't even time it like that, if that is so.
Alright, so I think my injection pump has failed.... I cracked 2 injector lines at the injector, bypassed the starter solenoid and jumped the starter to crank it. While a buddy held the throttle and cycled it, no fuel came out of the injector lines.
I did Crack my main line in into the ip and did have plenty of pressure. I doubt my timing is effecting that....????

Have you checked to see if your FSS is opening and closing, or powered at all? If you don't have 12 volts at the terminal (and a "click" when you connect and disconnect the wire) you will get no fuel to the injectors...

When you turned up the fuel did you hear a click or was it smooth? It’s possible to overtighten the adjustment screw.
