New truck

Hey guys, I am on my third Ford diesel. Just bought a 97 Ford Super-Duty. 7.3 5speed manual. and I have no idea what gears. it runs 55 at about 2800 rpms. i am afraid to go faster then that. Any clue what gears are in it? Anyways, does anyone know of a good dump bed kit for these things? i use it to pull my bobcat and backhoe, and would like the extra option of using it to haul a little dirt. What is a truck like this worth? any thoughts? it onle has 114000 on it and is an xlt, power windows, locks. Immaculate condition. Thanks!

I run 4:10's in my '95 F250 4x4...2000 rpm has me about 65 mph


there is a sticker on the drivers door that will give you the code for the gearing
