Hello
Looking forward to looking around here.
Diesels started for me not too long ago. I bought this old 68 Dodge D300 with a welder on the back from a buddy of mine. It was kind of a boring truck in its stock configuration so I thought I would make it a 4x4. In doing the research I stumbled on the Cummins engine and its been down hill ever since.
I have a fabrication shop and building cars is not new to me but diesel is. I decided this old Dodge needed a Cummins so I started looking. I found 2 from a guy and traded some stuff for them. Then another buddy told me of a Ford 800 flatbead and I bought it too. Originally I planned to pull the motor out but changed my mind after driving it. I shortened it and am putting a dually bed on it.
The Dodge is still sitting but I will get back to it when I get finished with the current distraction.
I will post some pictures.
