That return line looks well, different then the fabric covered hose I'm use to seeing.

It's Gates barricade hose. It holds up well with the bio-diesel and hot waste vegetable oil I run, and it is available right off the roll at my neighborhood O'reilly. It costs a little more than SAE 30R7 (which turns to goo in a few months on my rigs) and is much cheaper than SAE 30R9. I've been running for about two years, so far so good.

Don't you love find simple fixes?

Usually happens to me after I spend a lot on parts then find that I didn't really need them.

Yeah, I am not disappointed at all about getting new injectors. All but two of them were dripping wet when I pulled them, one had bubbles coming out of it, HUH??? I cannot believe how well my truck runs now, the power that has been restored is incredible. It's going to cut my plow time way down this winter. Can't wait for a big snow to see what this thing can do; AND to start paying for all these dang parts!
